What After Life is — and is not

After Life is software that provides administrative guidance, document drafting, and organizational tools to help families handle the practical tasks that follow a death. After Life is not a law firm, financial advisor, tax preparer, or insurance agent, and nothing on our service constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for the activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Please use After Life only for lawful purposes and only for tasks related to your own situation or one for which you have authority to act.

Subscription and billing

Free features are offered at no cost. Paid features (Plus and Concierge) are billed as described at signup and may be cancelled at any time.

Disclaimers and limitations

After Life is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
